Hello, please allow me to introduce myself. I'm Stephen Paul Gnass
and I've been working with small businesses,
entrepreneurs, and independent inventors for the past 30
years. For the past two decades, I have been specializing in
what's known as the "intellectual property" (IP) field, working
with people who have product ideas that they're seeking to
license, or to build a company around.
Before working with inventors, I was known as the "Small
Business DoctorTM", thus in addition to my experience in
product development, I also have a background in marketing,
manufacturing, turnarounds, and developing strategies to
succeed in business as an entrepreneur and/or inventor.
For almost a decade and a half, I produced the physical
Invention Convention® trade show, before we put it
online with the advent of the world wide web. It evolved
into the InventionConnection.com Cybershow, which has
been online since 1996, and like the physical show before it,
showcases the creations and ingenuity of entrepreneurs,
inventors and small businesses who are seeking licensees,
investment, manufacturers, distributors, catalog companies,
and other opportunity seekers. Our main web sites receive
approximately 5 million hits and 150,000 unique visitors combined
yearly.

I'm the Executive Director of The National Congress of
Inventor Organizations, which is an online free
resource with lots of useful information for new inventors.

I'm also Senior Consultant with the Gnass Group, and I also
offer one-on-one consulting to entrepreneurs, small
businesses and independent inventors. I found that this
personalized service was needed by small businesses,
entrepreneurs, and independent inventors because the
area of "IP" (intellectual property) is a very specialized
niche of business, and the limited available information
is general, and not customized to the entrepreneur,
small business or inventor's specific needs.
Inventing is not a "cookie cutter" process. Every situation is
unique, since every situation depends on what the invention
is, what field it's in, the inventor's background, and where the
invention is at in the development stage, so every situation is
very individualized. I warn inventors not to get sold a bill of
goods with anyone who tries to sell them a cookie cutter
"formula".
I found that working on a free-lance, as-needed basis
through the packages of consulting hours I offer was an
affordable and convenient solution for small businesses,
entrepreneurs and inventors to receive invaluable strategic
direction in the protection, development and licensing of
their IP.
It's important to note that what I do in my coaching is unique
and supports whatever entrepreneurs, small businesses, and
inventors may be doing with any other services. It does not
necessarily replace or substitute any other service.
In fact, I help my clients evaluate any products or services
that they may be using, or need, such as advertising,
infomercials, industry trade shows, etc. Often, many of
these same services can be had with little or no money
which saves my clients hundreds, thousands, or even tens
of thousands of dollars on services or marketing services.
If you're seeking licensees, you can do many phases of the
invention process or the submission process yourself with
little or no money. My consulting advice will enhance your
skills and abilities to do-it-yourself as an entrepreneur or inventor.
There are two ways that you can get my services:
1) through Tele-Consulting packages and
2) through Cyber-Exhibiting which includes Tele-Consulting.
My philosophy has been, and is, to increase the odds that
you succeed without going broke in the process.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
